We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Visiting the website and server log files

When you visit the website, our hosting provider stores technically necessary data in server log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer URL, and browser and operating system. This data is used to run the website securely and reliably, is not combined with other data and is deleted after a short time unless needed to investigate a security incident. The website is hosted by a hosting provider in Switzerland.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics, advertising or tracking services. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server; no content from Google, Instagram or Facebook is embedded.

If you switch between the summer and winter view, your browser remembers this choice for the duration of your visit (sessionStorage). This information does not leave your device.

4. Contact by e-mail or phone

When you contact us, we process your details (e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number, content of your enquiry) to answer your request and any follow-up questions. We use Microsoft 365 for e-mail; data may also be processed in data centres outside Switzerland. Microsoft is contractually committed to an adequate level of data protection.

5. Online booking via SkiRentalResorts

For online bookings of rental equipment we refer you to the platform of our partner SkiRentalResorts. Data is only transferred to SkiRentalResorts once you click this link. The privacy policy of SkiRentalResorts applies to the processing of your data during booking. To handle your rental, we receive the details required for the hand-over from the platform.

6. Links to Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook

Our website contains links to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and other websites. These are simple links: only when you click them are you taken to the provider’s website, which then processes data of its own.

7. Your rights

You have the right to information about the personal data we process about you, and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Please contact info@molitor.ch. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or – where the GDPR applies – with the competent supervisory authority in your country.
